We will train the right individual for a demanding, professional, rewarding career selling Auto, Property, Health & Life Lines Insurance.

Duties will typically include:

Calling and closing warm leads that are provided daily
Prospecting friends, family, networking, etc.
Cross-selling existing customers with other insurance products
Generating insurance quotes
Policy changes and updating policies
Providing excellent customer service
Compensation: Hourly wage, Plus Commission, Plus Quaterly and Annual Bonus.

Requirements

Must be sales focused with a priority of cross selling
Confident, self-starter who works well independently
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to multi-task
Computer literate
Prior insurance experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Health & Life License at some point.
As an agency staff member, you will be an employee of the agency and will not be an employee of the Company or its affiliates.
Spanish speaking a plus.

Must be able to pass a credit and DMV check.

Driving Record
Applicant’s motor vehicle record (MVR) must NOT include:
Two or more DUI’s in past ten years
Three or more serious violations in past 10 years, such as DUI, reckless driving, driving after revocation or suspension

Credit
Applicant’s credit (CBR) must NOT include:
Chapter 7, 11, or 12 bankruptcies within past 3 years
Chapter 13 bankruptcy still in repayment
Delinquent child support
Open lien, judgment, or collection over $1000
A pattern (2 or more) of open liens, judgments or collections
Two or more accounts written off and/or settled for less than the full amount within the past five years (“closed date” or “status as of date”)
Current or closed accounts more than 60 days delinquent on credit report

6. Maintains up-to-date information regarding hotel occupancy, revenue, and ADR.
7. Works with Housekeeping, Engineering and Floral Departments on scheduling projects to be completed in the hotel rooms and completing the OTM reservations in LMS.
8. Property Administrator for HotSos work order system.
9. Assists IT department with LMS master file maintenance and testing for upgrades/modifications.
10. Approves purchase requisitions and personnel actions for the Hotel Division.
11. Assists department(s) within the Hotel with their day to day operations as needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Working knowledge of the LMS Property Management System. Moderate to high level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to prioritize work to maximize efficiency. Must have excellent communications skills, and ability to multitask and work under specific deadlines. Experience with yield management and/or revenue management preferred.
