INSIDE SALES / PROMOTIONS MANAGER

Lake Tahoe Television & Outside TV are looking for a full time Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will report to the General Manager, work with Sales Team, Station and Production Managers to maintain and develop sales fulfillment, sponsorship packages that will generate revenues and enhance various LTTV and Outside Television Lake Tahoe properties such as the LIVE Morning Show, Dining Guide, Reel Estate Show, Outdoor Activities and Weather Reports.

Job Requirements:
• Maintain individual sales goals per station Sales Budget goals.
• Develop and service clientele through substantive prospecting & networking.
• Maintain and service all contractual elements for accounts with effective follow-up personally and for the sales team.
• Work closely with production staff to fulfill clients’ needs and develop new concepts and ideas to generate revenue and enhance live show format.
• Responsible for scheduling clients & coordinating guest appearances shows.
• For all Inside Sales, Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for servicing and converting sales accounts and giving full service to that account:
• Work with Lake Tahoe staff to post all contracts into LTTV / OTTV revenue reporting process.
• Provide weekly sales call sheets and weekly updates to General Manager.
• Work with General Manager to ensure production of LTTV / OTTV Tahoe media kit and all related sales material.
• Monitor and update LTTV website and Facebook pages.
Job Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
Business degree, sales, and graphic design experience preferred

Skills/Abilities: Ability to juggle various projects at once.
Experience with Microsoft Office products, ability to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, multitasking skills to coordinate with resort/town event planners to promote Lake Tahoe Television / Outside Television. Experience in web design/development, operating cameras and microphones; experience with Photoshop preferred; ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner around town with clients and community.
Salary Range:
$16 – $20k per year plus commissions and full benefits
